PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Two component 100% solid pure aromatic polyurea (PUA) for joint

Application until -15°C (5°F ) on site
SUBSTRATES:
Concrete, iron, steel, wood, asphalt layer, tiles, geotextile non-woven fabrics, sprayed
polyurethane or PUR slabs foam, EPS/XPS (polystyrene).
SUITABLE FOR:
Excellent as a joint filler for expansion joints.
Horizontal sealing. Filling of cracks and holes.
It can be used also for standard walkable waterproofing

WAY OF APPLICATION:
Spraying or pouring with a suitable high pressure and high temperature plural
component equipment
SUBSTRATES PREPARATION
Concrete:
Before application check surface and the joint must be dry, cleaned, without debris,
without oil and structurally sound (R.H. less than 15%).
Steel or wood:
surface and joint must be cleaned, dry and with coarse profile (sandblasting or
shotblasting).
Ceramic tiles:
surface must be cleaned, dry, shotblasted, scarified or it should be coarse by acid
etching and with restored seams.

In any case we suggest (except for restoring of old asphalt layer) to apply a thin layer
of primer EDILPRIM PU one component solvent based pur primer or EDILPRIM EP
three-component waterborne epoxy primer or EDILPRIM EP NS two component no
